- 6 months for connection history and call recordings if any.
Protection of Children’s Personal Data
- eSIM New Zealand recognizes the importance of protecting children’s Personal Data, defining a child as anyone under 18 in New Zealand or the equivalent age as specified by local law.
- Individuals under 18 are prohibited from using eSIM New Zealand services. We do not knowingly collect or permit third parties to collect Personal Data from those under 18. If we discover that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 18, we will promptly delete the data and terminate the associated account.
