If your eSIM is installed correctly but you’re unable to access the internet, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. Please avoid removing the eSIM, as it cannot be reinstalled or recreated.

To make sure you’re using the new eSIM, disable your primary SIM and activate only the eSIM.

- View your total data usage displayed on the screen

You can temporarily deactivate your eSIM plan instead of removing it, allowing you to reactivate and use it later. However, please note that once activated, the eSIM’s validity period will continue to count down, even if the plan is disabled.

- Select our eSIM under the SIMs section
- Toggle off Turn On This Line

- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM manager
- Toggle off your eSIM under eSIMs section
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs
- Select our eSIM
- Toggle off Use eSIM.
If your eSIM displays an “Activating” status before you reach your destination, it will automatically complete the setup once you arrive. To ensure you can use your data smoothly upon arrival, please follow these steps and refrain from removing the plan, as it cannot be reissued or reinstalled once deleted.
- Activate ‘Data Roaming’ for the eSIM
- Reset the Network Connection and Restart Your Device
- Enable Airplane mode for 15 seconds, then disable it to reset the network connection.
- Restart your device.
Please be aware that the eSIM plan’s validity may start as soon as you scan and install the QR code, depending on your plan, regardless of this issue.
